Waist is elasticated and relaxed so we recommend sticking to your usual size for intended look. If you want them more form fitting you could size down. 

This pant is about the same length as our Sadie Pant and is on the longer side so please keep that in mind with your height. 

Courtney is typically a size 12 and 177cm tall and wears the size M in these pants.
