Shipping policy

Within Australia.

We offer $9.95 flat rate standard shipping for all orders within Australia.

Express Shipping within Australia - $15.00.

FREE Express Shipping within Australia for orders over $150.00.

Standard Shipping takes approximately 3-10 business days.

Express Shipping takes 1-2 business days but can not be guaranteed depending on your location.

 

International

We offer shipping to the rest of the world for a flat rate of $30.00 AUD.

International Shipping takes approximately 7-30 business days depending on your location.

Duties and taxes charges are not included in the prices of our products or shipping. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Spencer In Vogue are not responsible for any of these charges. If you have any questions regarding duties or taxes it is advised you contact your local customs department.

 

We ship all orders through Australia Post registered mail and everything is dispatched from Perth, Western Australia.

You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number once your goodies are on the way to you.

If you want to track your order, you can enter your tracking number on the Australia Post website.

 

Processing Times

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. For any orders received on a weekend or public holiday, they will be shipped out the next business day.
