Returns
While we hope you fall in love with your new purchases, if they don't fit quite right or you aren't entirely sure, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@spencerinvogue.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be emailed a credit voucher for your original spend amount minus the shipping costs. Store credits will be valid for 6 months.
Refunds
We will only be able to offer full refunds for manufacturing faults.
Damages and issues
We are very sorry to hear that you might have received something that isn't as perfect as it should be. Should you receive an item that is damaged or defective, or if you have received the wrong item entirely, please contact us immediately so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returning Items Not Following Washing Instructions:
Items that have been washed contrary to the care instructions will not be eligible for return. Please ensure that you follow the care instructions provided with your garment to maintain its quality.
